anwyays I am trying to quit to many god damn things and I am little miss Grumpy and I am tired of wanting to quit smoking - I just wish brain washing Worked!

Not at all..... It may have sounded like I smoke it like cigs, but maybe once every 2 days or so. Nothing major.

been off them over a week, today was the hardest day.

anyone else quit succesfully? how long does it take for the craving to go, will they ever?

hardest part is gonna be the nights out :whip:

this is the best thing ever. get strep throat for about 8 days and dont smoke with in those 8 days and when youre well enough to get out of bed and walk around again youre not even going to want to smoke. thats how i quit

Right there with you. I've been going for two weeks now. The way I look at it; it's better to smoke on club nights than smoking everyday. That is, if you don't club everday. lol. Good luck!

smoke them all until the pack is gone... if you have them then they will be smoked.. no question in that,.. but its a lot easier to quit buying them than quit smoking them and when they arent around then no smokey... easy...

if your roomies smoke then you are SOL... b/c bumming is too easy, make it so you have to get off your lazy ass

More power to y'all. You got more willpower than me and I'm a little too stressed to give it up at the moment!

I had cravings for two years. There were some days that all I could think about was having a smoke. One day I broke down and bought a pack. It was disgusting. I gave the pack away.

Unfortunately, another year later, I'm a casual smoker again. One here, one there, in the evening, or on the weekend. It's a hard battle!
