Anyone experience in VST programming?

| Quick question. Can you make a VST to, say, load mp3s in Ableton Live, or are VSTs not used for this at all? I would be interesting in starting a little project to do this, but I have no experience with VST stuff. I think it would be of tremendous use. Please I know that mp3's are of ty sound quality for the most part, so please don't flame on that count. |

| please use the production forum, as nou says, they will have much more VST experience :) |
