Hi guys,
my phpbb is ed:

i get that everytime i try view a topic.
just wonderin if anyone else has had similar problems?
I'm gonna install the latest version when i get home - cant do it from work..
i looked in the viewtopic.php file + it's empty!!
tried uploading a new copy, but after i tried to look at the forum it's content seemed to disappear once again.... *sigh*
i've contacted my web hosting company + i'm awaiting their reply.

| What version are you running? Up until a week or so ago, there was a pretty vicious worm going through and wiping out people's phpbbs. I'm not sure if this is what happened to you, but the latest version (.11) helps with the problem. Have you checked to make sure all of your files are still there? It would suck if it wiped out your database/library. |

Sorry to say but youve been hacked
1. i guess your running 2.0.10 or less and 2.0.11
Cause the older ones have a massive flaw that has been dicovered an hackers are in up everyones forums with 2.0.10 and below.
2. Though i had this problem, i cant remember what it was, its summert really simple and just cant remeber what it is
i'll get back when i remember
But im afraid it could be 1 or 2 more drifting to 2 but if its 1 your officially ED :D |
