ROFLcopter would uses its rotors to chop lollerskates into pieces, but if lollerskates had an RPG that would be another story, he then has the possibility to blow ROFLcopter out of the sky, but it appears that he would move towards the falling wreckage and end up getting crushed...
so its either ROFLcopter or a tie...
