tasty snack:

-1 Mr. Pita Greek-style pita, lightly toasted (in the blue bag)
-1 tomato, sliced
-extra virgin olive oil (preferably Italian  )
-crumbled feta (I prefer cow's milk feta, but what ever works)
-oregano (Italian-style... I use a ton of it)
-a bit of salt and pepper

place ingrediants on pita and fold... voila.. quick Greek/Italian snack

RJ hope you get sphincteritis for those pics you posted :D

ate lots of shawarma in Syria this last month!!!

here how they make them, take a pita bread, pick up as much liquid grease as possible from the chicken "roll", then put it on some heat source for the grease to burn and toast the pita.

cut some chicken, put it in the pita, add some salad with mayo and garlic sauce and then toast the whole thing in a "panini style" oven...

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

all this for one canadian buck.
