Has anyone been watching The Oltimate Fighter on SpikeTV? The winner gets a contract to fight for the UFC. I am very much into mixed martial arts, but the spot is too late, i can barely stay awake while they are fighting over breakfast and bed bunks.
o well, i think Pride is going to get more ratings on delaye PPV of their opening round of Pride MW GP 2005 than the climax of The Oltimate Fighter. |

| I wasn't particularly impressed by the first episode. There was too much emphasis on bull drama like pissing on another guy's bed and not enough on the actual training. Maybe it will get more interesting once they actually start fighting. The show did however score a 1.5 rating which is quite good for cable that late at night. |

| Spike TV is showing this show about showing oltimate fighters in a reality show kind of show. i'm a big fan of UFC and oltimate fighting, so i'm going to watch this show fo sho |

Finally!... I was getting sick of all those fighting sports where they use prosthetic limbs to beat each other up.
Oh and BTW is "oltimate" at all etymologically related to "ultimate"?... I've always wondered. |
