yeah i can imagine regulars going also, cuz the regulars usually dont give a flying f0ck who the djs are...they just go, but then again the last BOO event was held at Webster and they prolly did take up all the rooms (like if there is separate rooms for dnb, trance/hard trance, hardcore etc.) thats how raves are. for instance when shelter holds rave events, all floors are taken up. But yeah i agree with tae, this looks like maybe two rooms will be taken up at most...most likely the upper two floors i think. hiphop, if any, will prolly be downstairs as usual. upstairs btw is usually house/poor excuse for trance (well like djskribble/vic latino house *ugh*) |

yea, i would imagine ur right, there will be AT LEAST 2-3 floors, ill have to check up on that for u guys, but ill let u guys know all the info asap as i get it. :) |

im sorry but cosmic gate isnt that good anymore.
u could have luck but u will probably hear some knocked out "hard- commercial-trance". they do have some good tunes in there sets here n there... but mostly u will get cheesy baselines... |

idk what ur talking about man... this past year, more than ever, their productions have strayed away from their previous hard trance genre... check ne of their productions from the past year, and it is tech-trance, not hard trance....
BEAM :: "amun" (Cosmic Gate mix)
COSMIC GATE :: "bilingual"
COSMIC GATE :: "tomorrow"
COSMIC GATE :: "monotune"
COSMIC GATE :: "ultra curve"
...not to mention their past hard trance tracks have become anthems in the electronic music world, not commercial, "cheesy" basslines... im sure theyll play "the truth" and "fire wire", but i see no element of cheese in those, they are timeless hard trance classics in my opinion, and they bring something to NYC that we havent had in a while.... nowadays its all about house, progressive, and the same ol trance acts now and then.... :rolleyes: |

| yea i agree with Eco, dude please get ur facts straight...its better then any of those commercial hits that have been goin on in NYC right now, but i guess some people never seem to b satisfied anymore...:( |

| i mean.... with all due respect, i DO understand that we all have different tastes, BUT to consider Cosmic Gate "cheesy" is just a little unneccessary.... if Cosmic Gate is commercial, then ill still choose them ANY DAY over any of the other DJs that spin at clubs in New York nowadays. |

| I dunno where all this info came from, but I'm in charge of many aspects of this event. It is a co-production with Webster Hall, webster hall is involved. We only have the large main room for our event. The event will be 12-7/8 not sure which yet. Cosmic Gate will be doing a tag team special 2-4. Other rooms will be normal webster hall style rooms, aka hip hop, latin, 80's. Please ask questions and I will answer them promptly |
