Canada in 16th? I guess our competitivness in hockey makes up for the lack of competition in anything else.

China is #44 & India #56....watch these countries crawl up that list in the future.I thought China would be higher up there especially when the U.S has borrowed ALOT of money from them right now:(

Wow, Canada had one of the biggest drops in the survey. It's high time we get the Lieberals out.

Italy 41? Che cazzo fai???

Too many unions, big fat pension cheques, and lazy ppl I think. It's Quebec on a national scale. :stongue: :stongue:

Ok well sure I admit that cars and food I'm wrong about - but that's not what makes a country competitive...especially not cars that hardly anyone can afford :p

Young men? You mean...ginos? :nervous:
Funkyfun
Iceland and Norway are ranked higher than Aussies.....a lil mind boggling to say the least

i must say from being italian myself that i have not seen italy at all be competitive in the markets other then foods and exotic car exports which is bad because who can afford a 300k car here?

the life there is more relaxed...hence no strive to race in competition...

im shocked to see Germany isnt there...really shocked...when it comes to people who strive for perfection and excellence they should be on top of this...but o well

but of course the Us is there...it wouldnt be petriotic from a us based magazine not to list there own country...when there losing millions each day that Bush (white devil) is in power...jobs are givin away to countries were they can give them 3 dollars an hour...with all this...how are they in the top 5?...if anything we are more competitive we have the largest amount of softwood in the world...along with good fishery...communications i.e. rogers cable/att

i dont know...i dont believe in how this chart was created
