john fleming uses the word "catuffle"

i presume "catuffle" is equivalent to argument, fight etc.....i wanted to know whether that was english slang, or did he just make up his own words?

any links for it's definition?

any help appreciated.

There's nothing like it on Urban Dictionary ( www.urbandictionary.com ), so I dunno.
