john fleming uses the word "catuffle"
i presume "catuffle" is equivalent to argument, fight etc.....i wanted to know whether that was english slang, or did he just make up his own words?
any links for it's definition?

kerfuffle/catuffle/catuffle is english slang yes
It means a variety of things- can meana scuffle, a hassle, a song&dance, a fight, basically an event which causes some fuss |
