At first I wasn't planning to post this one, but then Acute started remixing it and people were quite positive about his remix that I thought I would share the original with you folks to compare and like this one too, ... or don't like it :) anyway, it's here!

I think it sounds pretty nice Neil! Love the sorta proggy sound/groove in this one. My only complaint would be those strings during the little break; they sound a tad dry... Could use some more depth with reverb or stereo.
The remix sounds nice as well, definately in order production-wise. Though on the other hand it offers very little to the original in my opinion...

Thanks for the feedback Wim, at the moment I'm busy with a intro mix of this track as I told myself not to change this one anymore :) I know what you mean about the string section in the break, strings are always my biggest concern as I think they're difficult... (well, for me they are ;))
The remix is not that different, but I think there is quite some differences. Faster, more trancy elements and different style :) It's not finished yet! |
