importing Wired samples into other programs...?

I just picked up Intakt's Wired: The Elements of Trance Virtual Soudn Module today and am having trouble exporting the samples into other programs. The file extensions aren't wav files...they're labeled as NKI files...basically I'm trying to figure out how ot change the file type and get all the samples into other programs like FL, Reason or Acid...anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

hmmm, it comes with a VST (kompakt) but it should be possible to open all the content with kontakt too..

i'm not exactly sure what you mean. Basically the folder for the wired program has a really big folder that holds the whole sound library. Again, all the samples have that weird NKT file extension, not wav. Is there a way to convert them or just drop the entire folder into my reason or FGL folder and have the samples load to those programs?

it's a full VST and not only a sample library

Wow! What the hell is this? Is this a VST plug in or a program by itself? Sorry, i dunno much.

it's VST, standalone, RTAS, AU, DX, ... like all the other kompakt/intakt samplers..

right,I understand that. I'm trying to figure out how to take the samples that it comes with and manipulate them in other programs. Or how to import a sound into FL for example after I am done messing with it in the Wired VST program...

Sorry to say, but there is no way to use these samples outside of kontakt/kompakt. The only thing you could do is render the output of the midi/vsti (in this case kompakt) into wav. But this method sucks.
Stupid NI had to encrypt their samples. :(

similar topic..I was looking into picking up The Ultimate Strings sample cd but noticed that there are two versions...one that consists of AKAI files, and another that are I think gigicamples. Am I gonna have the same problem opening these types of files in other programs?
