Getting Mozilla to display special characters?

Hey guys,

have problems with getting Mozilla to display special characters... how can I make it so that it always shows correctly... I have a load of problems where it will start working, then I'll refresh the page and it'll change to ?zg?r Can for example.

To get it working in the first place I added turkish as a language in Mozilla, it fixed it temporarily but it constantly comes up as a question mark now.... :(

Hope you understand what I mean.

Thanks,
Lira
There's the basic, which I believe you've already tried.

View > Character Encoding > More Encodings > West European > South European

Once you've searched around all unicodes, "Western" encodings and such, look for the disc of the operational system you use (Windows, I presume) and check if there's a support for Turkish language, for example. :)
