Anyone try this Neti Pot treatment for sinuses?
I'm about to give it a go.
i've vaporized before, it's good but this could be more effective. |

I have a ed up left sinus... :( They almost killed me at Mt. Sinai hospital when they treated it - I ended up 24 horus in intensive care and 4 days to recover in another unit...thanks a lot - I'm not going to any Canadian hospitals again unless I'm actually going to die.
Brutal!
Sinusitis sucks :( |

Don't laugh... It works well, but you don't have to use that silly tea-pot thing. Just go buy the isotonic sterile sea-water with the nasal jet at Shoppers Drugmart. It has a picture of a dolphin on the box. |

just tried it with a kettle, worked great. feel much better.
i will try that nasal spray as well if this continues. |

That thing is horrible...be careful not to use it a lot it will ruin your nose for you! Will just make it all much worse |

Yes, I know all about the rebound effect. I only use it for extreme nasal congestion... |

My sinuses bother me SO much in the winter but when the summer comes around they clear up...I have the problem with "polips" that grow in the lining of my sinuses & when they get too big I have to go for day surgery & have the ******s removed...its NOT fun folks:nervous: ...I've had it done 2 times in my life & I think that they have grown back but my family doctor says that I am fine so I dunno....
I'll never understand why anyone would get a nose job with all that discomfort and not being able to breathe through your beak:sadgreen: |
