Nocturnal announce March opening
January 28, 2005 04:50 PM
by Nick Junkie [email]

The long long awaited addition to Downtown Miami's nightlife will finally open on Saturday March 19th for a special sneak preview, presented by CoolJunkie.

Nocturnal, located directly adjacent to Space, has been in development since 2003 and has been the source of much discussion within Miami's nightlife community, due to the amazing decor and audio visual production value the venue is rumored to have.

Following a full tour of Nocturnal today, we can exclusively reveal that invited guests will be able to check out the club on March 19th, and the venue will then be open from Monday March 21st through until Sunday March 27th for WMC.

Following WMC and a few tuneups, Nocturnal's 'official' Grand Opening is expected to be early in April, and the club will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from then on.

And in addition to the opening news, we can also finally reveal that CoolJunkie in association with Circus and Chibuku will be holding our Wednesday WMC event (March 23rd) at Nocturnal featuring Fatboy Slim in a WMC exclusive appearance.

Alongside him will be a lineup of the cream of the UK's most exciting new DJ's, so watch this space and our WMC Guide for more info on that.

On the subject of DJ's, Nocturnal have confirmed that Stryke, Edgar V and the Aquabooty crew will all be on board with residencies, with more announcements expected soon.

For more information on Nocturnal you can check out www.nocturnalmiami.com and we'll have further news on the club and events in the next few weeks.

I am only going to have one night in Miami during WMC:March 26th. I have never been to Miami and was told I have to go to Space. Do you think I should try this place Nocturnal instead? Do you think it's gonna be worth skipping out on Space?

Cheers

dude you can go to both if you want..space on the last day of conference,(sunday) stays good all day till sunday night...the bigger deal is which club has better talent... that night will be the yooshi party and from 6 am sunday the terrace will start and go all ing day with deep dish and many other dope dj's to finish off the conference there...you could go into nocturnal and it be all pretty but 9/10 space will have better talent..and space isnt all ty either...whole point is if you come all the way down this bitch for one night in miami why wouldn't want to go to space which is known as one of the best danceclubs in the world...space>rest...not just cause its massive and all but cause it ing rocks, the main room is insane and the terrace is unique to America...why do you think the best dj's in the world come there to play week in and week out...trust me go to space and your trip to miami will be totally complete...i know where ill be...:D

p.s. This is a public service annoucement for club space...j/k i just like it there alot...:D :D

Gotta agree. Space is like no other club in the United States.

24 hr liquor license closing... well let's just say I've never been able to get to closing time... (somewhere around 2pm?)

Space also books the superstar DJ's during the conference along with exc exceptional warmups, openers, and DJ's in other rooms...

What else do you want?

It's big, its loud, it's loaded with talent, and goes all night. Drink all night, drink all day...

Note: 2nd public service announcement...

Who needs sleep? -- Club Space, Miami!!!!

f#*k all the hating and debating space brings in the talent week in and week out, and nobody comes close for the WMC!!! see all the TA regulars who frequent the club almost weekly(there are only a few of us, you know who you are) from thursday till sunday nights conference week, tap your heels together in unison and repeat "THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE SPACE, THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE SPACE" ,but im sure nocturnal is going to be fun too, god i love living in miami!!:eyes:  :wtf: :haha: :stongue: ;) :) :p :toothless :toocool: :gsmile:  :tongue3 :eyespop:
