hello
heres my new track, i havent posted here for a while :P, its chilly/trance track , any feedbacks would be great to read, enjoy

very nice melodies!
that kick sounds too loud and there seems to be too much mids.
the main synth and melody remind me of l-vee circa 2000 a little.
quality stuff, just sort that kick out! |

the melodies here are very cute :) and i like the sounds you use. progression flows nicely too.
after analysing, i can see 3 main mixing problems here:
> too much 450 - 750 on some instruments, maybe the strings or one of the cute synths, not sure but i suggest you arrange this, huge peeks don't help the overall sound ;)
> too much 4 - 12 Khz , that's an overall problem, you have too much highs here. the frequency curve is going up from 4 - 12 Khz, and this is not a good thing IMO, it makes the track sound "hissy"
> also try cutting 250 Hz with a "half-narrow" Q , you also have a peek there. try and find the instrument causing the problem.

melody is very uplifting and has great potential
the production, mainly the percs + bass are lacking somewhat though. with a bit of work this could be really good.

nice melody, like your use of samples/synths but I think u should upgrade the mastering a bit. The percs have got too much reverb and the kick is way to soft.
excellent melody (as I noticed again ;)), ... very uplifting, it has an emotional vibe, loving that :)
if you work this one out properly, you've got yourself an awesome track :toothless |
