| i can't stand that . that happens to me everytime as well...i swear im never going to another massive and i still go :(. they're fun but not worth all the e-puddles. next time come in a snow plow and just plow them out of the way. |

just read all your posts before putting this up...
daveT, this sounds like it could be a summerstage-type event that we have here in ny... outdoors here in central park, outdoors there at the coliseum.
i think it was all ages... it can be fun! |

Well, GoVentures is no one new
They throw two massives a year already, Monster Massive (Halloween) and Together As One (New Years Eve)
These are typically held at the LA Sports Arena right next door to the Coliseum. But they have thrown a HUGE TAO before, years ago, that also uses the LA Coliseum.
Anyhow, I seriously doubt this will be a day thing. Can't see fireworks during the day. :) And their events bring out a mecha of idiots who only want to roll and form e-puddles everywhere.

It could sell out depending on the lineup. If the lineup was something absolutely amazing, tons of people from around the country would come.

| When GoVentures throws a massive they attempt to book 2 major DJ's from every genere. They had Roger Sanchez, Junior Jack, Kid Cream for house. AK1200 and Marky for Dnb. PvD was in the main room along with Judge Jules. Of course they are going to bring in 25,000 people when they pack in DJ's and its an all ages event. Monster Massive is almost to much of a turn off for me. I got asked about every 4 minutes "Are you rollin?" "Wanna roll?" I don't know if anyone else noticed but there were like 4 teams of paramedics walking around the venue taking care of people that may have OD'eed. To give some of you an idea who have never been to a GoVentures production what they are like, at monster massive these 4 guys who just took e for the first time broke open their glow sticks and threw it all over every one, even people they didn't know and they thought it was the coolest thing ever. They almost got their asses handed to them by 5 guys but all the while they thought it was so cool. Some ganster guy took 2 big ass tabs right in front of me and in about 8 minutes he was slumped over and barely breathing, WTF? Did you come here to die you dumb ass? I had to bring the paramedics to make sure his heart didn't just stop. As soon as you passed the lighting and sound control booth it was like some type of strange world, no one was dancing it was just e puddles all the way to the back. Everyone was laying down getting a light show, everyone i walked by wanted to touch me, there was kids rolling (im talking like 14 and 15 year olds) people had wallets in their mouths and the rest had pacifiers. Proceed with caution!!! DO NOT BUY VIP TICKETS!!!! THEY ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND DO NOTHING FOR YOU. |

| Nevermind, hoepfully a west coast promotor can grab pvd for new years. or he comes sooner then july to the mayan, nothing beats pvd at the mayan. |
