i want to backup my dvds/put them on my computer, how do i do it? thanks

i'd avoid asking stuff about copying files or dvds especially. people are very VERY anal and too good hearted to do such things in here. which pretty much alot of them are hypocrites since about 98% of them steal music and movies anyways.
i would go to another board to ask about those things. |

ya filesharing is wrong mmmmkay... but since you OWN the DVD's you can use DVDShrink 3.1 to rip them to an iso or nrg file, then burn them onto dvd or just leave the images on teh HDD and use a program like Daemon Tools (D-Tools) to mount the images to virtual drives for viewing.... |

| I love the fact that you'll get smartasses ready to jump the second somebody asks a question about copying any form of data. Provided that you own a legal copy of the original source, "backups" aren't illegal at all. |

I remember cracking my first program... I was so happy
it was winzip back in 1999
they stopped updating that program didn't they? I havent seen a version higher than 8.0 since 2000 or so |
