i blast it on full all the time, and i always raise the volume with winamp equalizer

seriously though you shouldnt play music too loud especially with headphones on as its a kinda small area and there are few people on theseboardswith tinitus dueto it |

Probably when either a) the headphones begin to distort or, b) if your ears are ringing when you take them off. both are probably a given...but ringing ears are a sign that hearing loss (temporary or permanent) is occuring |
