Faarsheed
Resident and local dj Faarsheed gets his own 6 hour set this night. I think that is quite impressive and well deserved. Faarsheed opens for all the major trance/prog acts that come by and even a few of the house ones. He totally rocks and I can't wait to see how he handles 6 hours :wtf:

| wow does glaude have a residency at ice? deep dish eh that should be alot of fun, i've been wanting to see those guys for a while. we just got sharam last time...apparantly LA isn't cool enough for the both of them. |

| If my french party-comrade gets his "plastic card" ;) I'd like to come up to Vegas and see Deep Dish no doubt. Can i get some info on what ICE is like as a venue. I've heard good about it, anyone been? |

Ive been there a lot. It is a pretty sweet club. They have a few different areas set up which kills the "OMG this is a big club" feel, but it has some good points. As soon as you walk in there is a decent sized hip hop room. That is the only time I ever see it. you keep walking and you will see the main dj area with the booth in the middle. The dance floor is kinda petite as compared to most other places, they do this to make room for their 'vip' bottle service. they have another area filled with couches which is connected to the main room, and then there is the upstairs.....which rocks.
The sound system is not obnoxiously loud, but you can feel it damn good. I think the best part is the booth in the middle of the floor. At any time you can walk up to the dj on the side and slap his/her hand, unless they are busy. ive chatted with a few djs this way. Plus its like they are in the crowd too, get them and you all pumped up.
and yes, glaude has a residency on friday ;). I think it ends after feb though, I am not sure. |

I'm feeling the DJ booth in the middle of the floor, although i can see the DJ getting a slap round the head if he's not mixing it up bad ass style :D Well like i said i'll give ICE a go soon enough. Thanks for the heads up about the club. |

That's how the fatboy slim/glaude concert was set up. DJ booth in the middle and glaude seemed to love that.

The gig on the 3rd is sounds quite tempting...still working out details w/ the gang...so we'll see...am sposed to fly in on the bizjet thursday.
