And to everyone who might know: how does this live DJ streaming deal work? Do you have to use software to mix or can you actually hook up your decks/mixer to the compy and strea it that way? |

from enferno:
i hook the decks through my mixer, apply some eq, compression etc to get good sound, then from the mixer into the computer, and into winamp with the shoutcast plugin that has an option for input, then stream to the server 128 bits @ 44.1 khz
