i in hate coldsores.
and every week after i go on a session on the wingers i always end up having one.
it really really sickens the hole off me!
the damn retched things definitly have a nasty effect on the immune system.. or the evil creators are spikin their products with the virus..
worst of all i cant in afford any coldsore cream :(
aah well, i dont plan to drink / go out anywhere anytime soon so maybe it's not all that bad!

Winger
Even although the classical winger is nowadays being replaced by an all-purpose midfielder who roams not only on the sides of the pitch but also in the middle, the "old" winger is still present in many teams.
The winger should be one of the fastest players on the team (Roberto Carlos is a perfect example) because he covers a lot of ground. His task is to help his team in both defense and offense. The winger must pick up the widest enemy playing on his side. If he finds himself free, the winger has to pinch in towards the middle while remaining on the same level with the ball. Regardless of whether he is marking or not, the winger must be positioned in such way, that he contributes to his team defense by making it more compact.
In offense, the winger has to stay wide and be aware if the space on his flank is open. When an attack is initiated on one of the flanks the entire enemy defense usually shifts to that same side. This leaves the opposite flank open for exploitation by a speedy winger. By staying wide, the winger stretches out the enemy defensive line. Apart from speed he must also possess good dribbling skills because beating opponents on the outside creates many problems for the enemy defense |

coldsores like on the inside of your mouth or on the lips?
if they're inside,
pour some salt into tap water and drink it.
it will ease the pain up a lil.
if they're outside you're probably allergic to something you're eating. |

| Coldsores aren't an allergic rash. They are in fact caused by the herpes simplex virus... I'm not kidding, lookit up. No one really knows what causes the appearance of the rash, although sun, stress, sugar and concurrent viral infections have all been cited as causes. Once you have the herpes virus you're pretty much stuck with it for life, in very rare cases where the virus infects the nervous system and spreads to teh brain (herpes simplex encephilitis) it can be fatal. It has been approximated that up to 80%-90% of the population are carriers of teh virus. |
