Me: I'm also working over 40hrs a week. Started the "south Beach" diet on monday. would like to drop about 35lbs, but would be happy with 20-25. All in all, i'm doing well |

lol.. greg and i are doing atkins diet.. pretty much like sobe diet, but less fruit....... actually no fruit... ive been craving pizza tho:( :( if you do it right you should be able to lose 20 lbs by wmc... then tina should motivate us to lose that extra few! ive lost 9 lbs so far.... no worries tho... well all be hottt soon!:D :D :D |
