for me it tends to go in this order

3. get laid (after shes done bitching)
4. spin

my problem is that 99% of my anger comes from my gf who is really into psycology and all that and shes a pain in the ass to get into an argument with because she always finds a way to turn things around and pin on me even if the original argument was her fault:whip:

shes a tricky little redhead - but worth the fuss:happy2:

I don't ever really get pissed. I certainly never show the traits either - I don't get outwardly angry, I don't yell, I don't hit things - I try to remain calm, despite the flurry of activity that's going on in my mind. If anything, I get really silent and often sarcastic if confronted - that's just how I react, I suppose.

My life is one, big relaxation trip though; I don't get pissed because I don't have a load of responsibility, nor do I set myself up for pain via expectation. So, whatever happens, happens, and despite however much we do about things, and despite our efforts being null a lot of the time, it's still worth controlling your own life over and at least giving it a shot. With this in mind, and as Orbax said, when you look into yourself for the answer or the resolution for a problem, you will always find it. Sometimes, you just have to dig deeper though, and sometimes it's nice to get other people's help. Resolving your own issues and frustrations is a large task most people feel encumbant to take upon themselves in life - it's a major step towards becoming an individual, and it's never truly complete (even though some people might try to fool you into thinking that they've found the "Secret" towards finding yourself :rolleyes: ).

We are strong because we resolve what worries and instills fear within us - we may live with it for a time, but I think attacking a problem is what makes life intersting. It makes life live up to the war that it is.

when I'm really pissed I always call my twin and rant, talking about my probs helps me get them out of my system.

I also isolate myself and smoke my hookah and listen to some quality relaxing choons.:cool:
