So there are a lot of dj's who everyone knows, everyone has listened to a track / mix of theirs & we can all comment on them being decent or utter bull.
But what about those guys who have been around internationally, but you've never heard of them at all, then suddenly you hear a track / mix of theirs & you think WOAHHHH, were'd they come from - they're great.
After looking around on the net & other places, you discover they've been around for ages & people in the know have been singing praises of them.
You ever had something like that happen to you??
Recently for me, it has to be DJ's Taucher & Tiesto.
They've both blown me away and I really like their stuff.

Speaking about this tread lets say about maybe 3 month's ago I made a site suggestion to Swamper asking him if he could make a new artist section, which features upcoming dj's that no-1 really know's about but are great. He said send some stuff to him and if he liked it he would post it on the site. If there are good dj's that you can think of that are good and worth getting recognition for try sending there mixes to him. I recently got 1 of George Acosta live mixes that no-1 else has and I am going to send it to him and hopefully he will post it. Some of the Dj's that I suggested were..
Dj George Acosta AKA "The Trance Conductor"
Dj George Alverado AKA "The Proffeser"
Dj ELB (Technoclub)
Dj David Padilla
Thats all I can remember 4 now....

Dj scot project. I hadn't heard any of his stuff til a mate picked upi hennes and cold - the second trip with his remix and then i came on here and found he's been around since like 1992. Alot of his tracks sound alike, but still love his style.

I just made a post to talk about a DJ that I've known about for some time and it seems like no one else knows who he is, here is the post.
Alright, there is a DJ out there that some of you might know about. His name is DJ Stein H and he has one of the greatest mix compilations I have ever heard.
His first CD is called Connected Vol. 1 and he has another one out now, entitled Connected Vol. 2. I have been searching high and low on the internet to try and find any information on him and there is NOTHING.
I have found one picture of him and it was on a site that I couldn't even read. Can anyone please tell me if they have heard of him and if you know of anywhere that I can get information on him. If you haven't heard him, then download his CD off of napster, it's about 15 tracks and just amazing.
Please someone help out.
Thank you.

| DJ scott bond. His essential mix is a welcome break from uplifting trance such as Tiesto or Corsten. It's a very dark set as a whole but very nice chill music. |

Mainly, and most annoyingly (coz still after a year of lovin the guy) James Holden... I heard Horizons in like january last year and that took my head off, then i heard him spin in coventry and he went up more in estimations... then i heard the Roland Klinkenburg - 'Inner Laugh' remix of his... and O MY GOD!!! Some of you may not like him thuogh, very very deep music he makes, fits beautifully into progressive trance/deep house sets :D
Other DJ's ive grown to love...
Ashley Casselle - recent performance @ crasher was wicked
DJ Fuzion - Thanx to swamper... love that mix of his posted on here
DJ Tomcraft - Another on ive known about for a while that hasnt really got the required recognition...
Peace |
