Prolly Hooverphonic atm -- their album Blue Wonder Powder Milk is really good. Battersea is the best track of the genre imo. I also really like Zero 7 and Massive Attack though. Soulstice may be the most underrated artist of the genre, since they're known more for house -- Kaskade (mostly a house artist too) also has some good trip-hoppy tracks.

Massive Attack is nice. I liked Teardrop, which is a bit more Ambient, but "100th Window" blew me away. I really liked "Prayer for England" off of it and "What Your Soul Sing".
