Having Internet Trouble

| Ok, I just reinstalled my machine with Windows XP Service Pack 2 and just got finished setting up the DSL service...yet again. But I am currently having problems. Right now, Mozilla Firefox won't run well. It'll start up fine, open a few web sites, and then crash. IE seems to be okay, but I'm also getting an error message stating that my LAN has limited or no connectivity, and in clicking "More Information" it says that the network did not assign a network address to the computer. Nor can the repair feature seem to renew the IP address. So any networking whizzes out there who know how to fix this bug? |

| Ok, I got rid of it. And lo and behold, everything's working properly now. I did run a google search and it seemed like many others had the same "limited or no connectivity" issue as well when connecting to the Internet with either DSL or a wireless LAN. What a ty Service Pack. |
