the only beef i hav with Opera house is that venue gets hot as hell when there are too many ppl .. and this is gonna be in July and sure to be a RAMMED house :eyespop:
i hope they do something about the air-ciculation in that place like bring in some portable fans or something .. or mist machines :D

Its intimate, i like the layout of the place too... i very much enjoyed partying there... it was a welcome change from the commercialism of guv or the docks (not that im knocking those clubs bc i frekaing luv the guv) |

now that wemf is on the same weekend im not goin... im not gonna try to pull last years wemf and ultra spin back-to-back
plus opera bouncers can go fcuk themselves... if you thought guv ones were bad....:whip: |

This i agree with... Im not sure The Opera House is gonna be able to contain the masses that will wanna attend... but with WEMF now falling on teh SAME weeknd, that may help out the situation a bit...

Well, they announced the July date back in the fall not too much after Drift on a Dream (I think that's what it was called). In fact, they announced the dates of all final 4 Hullas at the same time then. That was about 4 months ago.
As far as the venue...it only holds about 1000, and apparently it doesn't matter how many people would buy tickets, that's it (none will be sold at the door). So, I guess once they sell out, they sell out and you get a bunch of unhappy people.
I have been following this, and from what I saw nobody suggested any other venues that would let Hulla have their last party at. |

tickets for the last ever Hullabaloo just went on sale today ..

I was thinking of heading down to get tickets either today or tomorrow. I know that WEMF poses an issue, but is there anyone else interested in getting tickets for this? I can pick them up for you.

I have yet to decide if I want to go to this or WEMF. So, I purchased 2 tickets online and if I go to WEMF i'm sure I can find someone to sell em to. |
