I sounds kinda weak imho. Boost the bassline a bit with more sub-bas(eq @ 50hz or perhaps a tab bit higher) and add a hard attacking compression to make it more punchier... It needs to be more distinctive(?)... Add a bit more reverb to the strings/pads to get more atmosphere and replace that built in midi piano! (or atleast add some more effects to it) You should also play a bit more with the vocals and the 303 sample... Add up some dark heavy sweeps after the 303 ... WOAH WOAH! Wwwwooaaaawww ;)
But that's just my opinion! |

Anyway Tren - glad you go this baby finished! Like I said on MSN a corking tune! Got a real 'get up and go' about it! You have stayed away from the cheese, this could have been so easy to get wrong! Never heard the original so I can't comment in that respect! You need to start producing your own stuff cos if you produce like this you could get signed with ease! Keep at fella! |
