For you not philosophy dorks that means not family guy. Heres my theory. They are starting Family Guy up again next week. They made a ty pilot with all these stupid characters that made you keep thinking "This isnt family guy, you arent brian, you arent meg." etc..
so now when family guy comes back American Dad can quietly die while people hit their familiar groove with FG and like it more |

Family Guy starts airing May 1st, together with American Dad, and right before or after it, actually. Fox is dedicating one hour to Seth MacFarlane every sunday. so maybe, comparatively, Family Guy will seem even better than before and worth the wait. somehow i'm not so enthusiastic about it. |

yea i'd seen like half of the scenes from american dad online before
it just seemed like a re-hash of family guy with all the same basic elements, alien = brian, fish = stewie
the end of the simpsons episode was retarded too |

American Dad sucks. King of the Hill sucks. Family Guy is cool. Bring back Rocky and Bullwinkle with new episodes and Fractured Fairy Tales and Mr Peabody! F*cking classic.

thot it was actually decent, as i had envisioned a scenario where the show completely disappointed me and showed me that Seth MacFarlane was comepletely through.
sure, its similar to FG, but you are all shouting about the same people said about Family Guy when it came out and was compared to the Simpsons...
besides, how many here only seriously watched FG when it came to DVD and the net in large numbers? it is almost 5 years old, and only now is it some amazing classic everyone loves.
FG didnt really come into its own until the third season and the two previous seasons are humorous but cant hold a candle to the last eps.
you remember the first FG? oh, yeah it was a stupid ep that involved the Super Bowl...i wouldnt pass ultimate judgement on a pilot ep| |
