Anyways, this tune is far better than Surrender which was quite straightforward imo...lead melody was repetitive...
This on the other hand has a cheeky and more subtle sound to it...
Think I'm going to wait for the full release.
Any idea on who's in the pipeline for remix?
I say John Askew:eyes: :eyes: :eyes:

pretty good track thats grown on me for the most part (i didnt care for it at all when i first heard it and was downright disappointed given A&B's previous works)...to me though, the song just lacks good energy...just seemed too chilled out but isnt quite a chillout track either...a remix may do it more justice though

If it's still the way it sounded in their Essential Mix last summer then it ain't anything exciting at all...

Simple, lacking trance :nervous:

john askew....are you bloody insane?

oh and to comment on a previous post, this track wasnt done years ago, although it is old.

Needs a quality remix imo. Very weak tune for using the Tranquility Base guise

I like this more than their previous stuff (silence remix etc). Good track.

I'm also waiting for some more Aalto stuff :tongue2

This song is dull and boring, very uninspiring, and in my opinion one of their worst productions to date. Surrender & Gravity were 10x better than this. Very disappointed with this one.

production wise ok. but it's boring, and gives me nothing

try and understand that this is under their tranquility base guise and not an above & beyond production. They are trying to capture a different sound with this alias

:stongue: I think they failed miserably then because this sounds just like your typical A&B fluff to me... or maybe this is even weaker than your average A&B production. In any case, this is a boring and very unoriginal tune from the boys...

lol, when they work under a&b their tracks are trance, upbeat if you like. you're showign your ignorance that you hadn't spotted that.

these (surrender & getting away) aren't meant to be peak hour melodic dance floor tracks, but more as fillers or set finishers- anyone can see that. i think they pull it off rather well and i prefer getting away alot more over surrender- has a great end of summer feel for me.

some nice original work and i'm pleased with the changes they've made over the original version that was played last year.

8/10

What about Razorfish?.. that's not upbeat trance for you? You're right about this being a filler track though..
