I've gotten enough of those from people I don't even talk to anymore. I just laughed. I've always found SMS a waste of time and effort. I prefer making real calls anyway. :tongue2

Here's the thing....
I got so many of those invites that i've decided OK i'm gonna join just so that it'll stop annoying the living hell out of me. SO as soon as I join EVERYONE on my MSN list automatically gets an invite...WTF?!?!!? I just told them my hotmail address and they automatically ed me over. 2 seconds later I went to the website and terminated my service.
I was also reading some terms on their site...it's not really free either there's a bunch of loops in there...

Times like this I wish I knew how to co-ordinate a Denial of Service attack against SMS.ac.

I've received quite a few of these, and ALMOST joined after receiving the first invite. I read their terms and somewhere in there it said sending messages was free, but you pay to _receive_ messages. Flags went off for me and I didn't complete the registration. :)
I wonder if any of those who have joined have noticed these charges? :p |

same here. i was almost all signed up and stopped. awhile later i get this email:
Subject : Floria, where did you go?
A few hours ago you attempted to join SMS.ac. blah, blah, blah..
where did i go...?! away from you that's what!! :nervous: |
