What song do you think uses the best synth???
I think Dutch Force - Deadline tops them all... too bad they aren't making anything under the Dutch Force alias anymore :( |

| Definately the slow and menacing one in Phantom Sheriffs (Yanny & Gollum) "Where Are You". The one in Faithless "Insomnea" is pretty good also. |

Ya mean that pizzicato string thingy? It's cool but overused unfortunately....
For me nothing can top a 303....it's....a magic box
And the synths in out of the blue, and adagio for strings....how they are used in the breakdowns...(adagio--->after the string part) soooo phat |

anything from Astral Projections...they use some of the best synths...anyone here can back me up??

Personally my favorite is a "cascade."
That's when there's a continuous swirl of synth sounds, both low and high, that "encircle" you. Kind of like in Armin - Communication. |
