i honestly don't think its that big of a deal.:rolleyes:
this law was probably made with kids in elementary school in mind, and really isn't a breach of our civil liberties.
and i know it sounds stupid, but its also a gang symbol. after all,
the baggy pants look originated in prison, where they weren't allowed belts.
i wouldn't mind at all if I owned a restaurant or something, and I had the right to kick out some loser who walked in with his pants at his knees. |

Josh4 is correct, there is a difference between Northern VA and everywhere else in the state.
Not that i'm complaining, but its a simple fact.
The law about using turn signals is not true, the marrying outside your family is not true.
the law about pulling up your pants, i could really care less. Its kind of stupid IMO, but it won't really affect me in anway. |

Wearing your pants like that is ugly and it sucks, so I don't mind this law. However I don't care, and I would care even less if this law wouldn't be approved.
Besides, I read in the newspaper that it's mostly about the thongs. Which I must admit are sexy and hot, but alot of little hoos seem to find a way to wear them in a disgusting way. |

| How many of you would have to worry about this? Only the jackasses who wear them like that. I think they should take it a step further and ban any hat on which the bill doesnt line up with your face. Faces become so smack-tastic with a sideways hat. It would cut down on violence I bet. |
