Yeah. Te me the Meridian remix sounds just like normal trance with sax as the main melody.
Tracid had some acid influence on his "Trance & Acid" album. But even that was more trance. I like the album though. |

Hehe, dont brag about it to me, hehe ... I thought I had a lot of livesets, until I found out about people/TAs who had waaaaaaaay more than me, and about TEN times more livesets than you, hehe ... so from now on I consider myself owning "a bit above average" liveset collection.
This one guy someplace had almost ALL THE RADIO ONE ESSENTIAL MIXES (thats about 900 or so), not even talking about other stuff, hehe ...
This one geek had a site where he listed his sets, and there was at least 4500 livesets in it.
This another guy had several hundred livesets -JUST- BY CARL COX ONLY.
This one website, by a guy based in Oakland, CA claims to have over 49,000 MP3s ... and he's got a big listing of CDs in his collection - and I thought my 600+ CD collection was big ... :(
Its all about QUALITY of your liveset collection, NOT QUANTITY. Its not like a competition for me against others. I have substantially more sets than you, but it doesnt mean its better. The ones I have are all my favourites.
I guarantee you the people who actually have a lot of music wont go around bragging about it ... |

Hehe, the livesets I have are all quality in my opinion. I've deleted a few hundred by now I guess, that I didn't like. I had around 100 Oakenfold sets at one time, but I had to delete some of them because my HDD was filling up, and I wasn't too fond of them anyway.
When I get another HDD I think I'll be saving all the sets I get. Even though you may not like them at the moment, ya never know when you want to listen to something fresh. And, I mean, why not... I don't need the space, I don't do illegal filesharing of movies/games, I hardly even play games...

EDIT: If it's not a problem, could you PM me a list of your livesets? Just interested in what you have. |

Can someone post a link to the firts posts of "Track of the Yeas 2004"? Or can someone list their top tunes of 2004? thanks

well there is still the track of the year voting....but i wouldnt go by that :P...
umm, if i was living in a place where mp3s were legal i would probably start with juno/chemical for trance tracks, then go look in the tracklist archives for your favorite djs |

| ive lost my mp3 collection a few times now. it really really sucks ass. i have 2 200GB Hdd's full and everytime i lose it its a kick in the teeth.... and my isp nags me for tying up so much bandwith recovering it all. |
