not an interpetation but... I love: Radiohead - Idioteque
beats and beeps
I've always found Radioheads songs to be very clear in meaning. Not nearly as much of the lyrical labyrinth that people make it out to be.

that one freaks me out the most.

....and I wish I could figure out the metaphor in that one the most

"Idioteque" can be seen in two ways: A blatantly stupid attempt at making a cheesy dance song (hence the name), or genius.

What "Idioteque" essentially is, is a dance song, beats, and all. This, of all the songs on the album, is the experimental one that stands out as much as "Electioneering" did on OKC. It will either be your favorite song, or your most hated. However, it can't be ignored.

The song samples a bit from Paul Lansky's 1975 computer-made song "Mild Und Leise." For more info about Lansky and his RH experience, check out his website.

I really like "Optimistic" as well as Idioteque. You can tell that Radiohead has a lot of influence on the Electronica community. For example Nathan Fake "The Sky Was Pink (Holden Remix)" sound very similar to "The Gloaming (Softly Opens Our Mouths In The Cold)."
