| before i moved to the beach, i stayed at this hotel a couple of times....its a block from the clevelander and the cafe is way small....this will probably spill onto the street |

ive stayed in worse on the block.....one thing i liked about them was we had 5 people in one room and they didnt give a . the cafe is nice little outdoor people watching spot, small bar and resturant but it not very large |

| its going to be very squished, fairwinds patio is sooo small! but if people are moving in and out may not be so bad.. |

last year i was walking around south beach and was very hungry when i smelled the BBQ from this place. decided to check it out for the food LOL was a pretty chillin time
too bad i dont get in to the 23rd or 24th |
