Am I supposed to be getting PMs from promoters?

Already received three unsolicited emails promoting clubs in my PM box. Is that supposed to happen.
I already am on a lot of mailing lists so I get enough junk. Why can't my PM box be full of what it is supposed to be full off: Hateful PMs. |
