It is.
The game has alot of the same 80's songs used in Scarface. Even in the dance club the song playing is the one during the scene in Scarface. Plus alot of other songs. If you've played VC alot and then watch Scarface you'll recognize alot of similarities. |

saw it the first time today...and what can i say?
i agree that al pacinos character was over exagerrated, but it worked..and the sense of loyalty, how he didnt want to kill that guy and kids, very heroic infact...
but watching this while stoned...totally ed up...the first 30-45 minutes, i was like WTF, chainsaws and cutting ppl up, seen before in alot of gritty HK films, very raw and messy...i didnt expect that...the grittyness and how uncut it was...
but for most of it i couldnt understand wtf he was saying and ...but there were some class moments in that film...
say hello to my little friend and bang, that was brilliant.
hit me like a ton of bricks when he got killed though, i was expecting for him to rise up, kill the bastard and die but no.
really ed up . but good film otherwise |

| To be honest I prefered Scarface to the Godfather, even though the Godfather seems more 'Polished'. The Godfather is undoubtedly brilliant, but Scarface is just so much fun :D |
