This guy has convinced some American people that Canada operates on a 20 hour clock, and is planning on switching to a 24 hour clock system.

| These videos, while funny, are just bull. I don't see why people say that, in this case, americans are stupid while they know the guy kept only the dumbest of all. It's far from being representative.. |

Rick Mercer's Talking to Americans has shown some pretty scary stuff irt. Americans' knowledge of Canada. He's interviewed people holding positions such as Dean at a well-known University, Governors, and other statesman. It's hard to fathom at times that those people were not complicit in his attempts at humour. |
