hi,
im just wondering while stuffing around with reason and cubase SX i can not use my ideas to my potential.

so does this mean if i were to buy a MIDI keyboard and use it with reason with also REWIRE, i would be able to produce my tracks easier and better because i can transfer my ideas in real time.

is this how its works for you or do some of you produce with no keyboard (me at the moment).

cheers please comment:tongue2

Basically yea. I started out with no keyboard and wasn't able to make any good melodies cuz i wasn't used to using a step sequencer and it pissed me off looking at the keyboard on the left all sideways n .
Now i got me a 61keys and its soo much easier to translate my ideas. ALso helps if you have know a little about chords and progression, what notes sounds good etc.. heres some nice links to help ya out with notes and chords/scales.
