How do some DJs go about getting promo records/CDRs? I'm pretty much fresh off the boat on this so if anyone can give me some insight as to who I have to talk to/what I gotta do/etc I would really appreciate it a lot.

meet people, exchange cds in clubs etc, its all about who u know, after enough time, with the right freinds u just get tracks all the time.. a friend of mine exchanges tracks with rowan blades and slacker all the time
