Agreed! Many good releases from Brain but the Brin Train is definetly my favorite.
As for Junk Project. Braintool is probably the one I've enjoyed the most but there's a couple of good ones on the first 3 releases (Volume 1-3) |

Just get all the color series from Junk Project, they are all pretty damn good. Green should be a nice place to start, it's the more familiar one.
Not too familiar with the Brain releases myself, but can't go wrong with Pneumatic Drill. For earlier stuff try Something For Your Mind and Acid Mother******s. |
