I'm kind of a mix between Harold and Kumar. I'm not as anal as Harold, but I'm not quite as resourcefull as Kumar either. Kind of in between.

no, but because you yourself stated that Tyler is indeed a character

no I mean Tyler, cause he was a movie character which was an alter ego of Jack, still a movie character

and the line was indeed delivered by 'Jack' as 'Jack' (i know he didn't have a name in the movie/novel, come on);
get yourself straight. they're the same person, but not psychologically. or in characters. and you seem to have known this and then distorted this knowledge to fit your argument.

Before Sunrise did indeed have a great concept. but did you catch Before Sunset? the concept was basically the same; blatanltly Linklater throughout with just moments and conversations, and the ending leaves you hanging, but i believe it was more efficiently delivered than the first one. you can basically see the 10 years of maturity and then feel them at the end. it's a sort of melancholy hanging. it's gold.

lol they are not psychologically the same, sure but their personalities blend so you can't be really sure. Jack even states that sometimes Tyler said things through his (Jack's) mouth. All in all I'm not distorting, its just my interpretation
