Posters don't need to be removed dumbasses.
The next spread of events covers up the old ones.
If anything they add a nice splash of colour where plywood construction walls, or pollution soiled concrete would otherwise stand.

Handbills (no more rave flyering)- too much garbage
eating or drinking on the street or in parks - garbage
Motorcycles - too dangerous and noisey
whistling - annoys people
farting - affects air quality
smoking in parks - may expose squirrels to second hand smoke |
