I just wish there was more I could do to help you out!
Any leads yet? Are you using a headhunter? You should be if you're not, they are very good. I have a headhunter looking for a sales job for me, but I'm sure she has contacts who deal with cust. service/QA, I could ask her if you like!

That would be greatly appreciated. :)
I am calling a few temp agencies on Monday and I am hopefully going to be able to set up appointments with them on Wed/Thurs next week. |

No problem! I will run it past her and see if she knows anyone.
So, QA for 3.5 yrs, cust service for 5, call centre supervisor... got it.
I'll let you know what I find out! Headhunters work mainly off referrals so it shouldn't be a problem.
I'll PM you when i have details so nobody scoops the sweet contacts! ;)

well I have already spoken (haha, online) with Karen about her needs..
anyone looking for work in IT, telco-related (csr, qa, admin, etc.), or project related (PM, tech lead, etc.) please feel free to forward your resume..

your resume will be kept in confidence.. AIS does a lot of placement within telco's so writing your resume to read well from their perspective can help a lot..
most work comes in extendible <--(sp?) contracts.. |

I meet with her this Wednesday, hopefully I'll have some answers for you! Barring that, we just hired a QA person at work, I will check with our HR dept to see if they used a service, and give the number there too... I'll keep you posted.
