Basically, reporters just entered the biggest dams in Quebec without getting bothered by anyone, no doors locked, no security... they could've cut the power to millions in Quebec, Ontario and the States. |

It's pretty bad that Hydro doesnt have any type of security, its part of the Government of Quebec. All government structures are protected. |
