I'm just curious. I'm sure plenty of people have had problems with their MDR-V700s headphone pads hardening up over time. I mean when you get them they're oh so cooshy and nice.
I heard that Aquaphor is a nice little ointment to use on these headphone pads (or any other hardening thing of it's kind) to help bring them back to their original cooshyness.
Has anyone else experimented w. other techniques, who's given up and bought new pads. Just curious to see how other people have serviced their ailing headphone pads.
So far the Aquaphor seems to work well (don't use vasiline is what i've heard).
