WMC Dinner Update!!! (pg. 15)

Erin, considering how much work these guys are putting in (and put in last year), we should give them their kudos. I mean, $38 ain't so bad. Even Porcao last year was just a few buckx more than this place we're going to, but it's still worth it in the long run to have all these TA's in the same place, at the same time with good food, drinks in the home of the WMC. ;) This dinner will be HELLA bigger than last year, for sure! :)

hmm why don't you reread my post and see how i said i DO appreciate it? i just think if you are going to plan a dinner you should get an "idea" of the prices people are willing to pay, not give a price and tell people they are being whiny when they are expected to pay it..
brian knows i am excited about going to the dinner, am going to get food, but thats just my .02 |

We picked this place because they serve great food and it's a chill spot where people can relax and have a good time and get away from the madness of WMC for a few hours.....to me that's worth the $40 some dollars. I absolutely enjoyed last year's dinner, and it was actually more EXPENSIVE than THIS year's but I didn't complain. I was sober the whole time (DON'T ask how I pulled that off) and I am really excited about this year's for sure! :)
But I def. plan on NOT being sober this time...I'm having a few drinks this time around...:p Erin, care to join me for one? :p
Again, Brian and Damon, you guys are doing a bang-up job on the WMC dinner...man, we're so close! Tomorrow's already March 1st! :D |

As much as money is an issue for many of you:
Big TA meetup at a nice chill place is easily worth more than $40
So be happy you have a chance to go (unlike me) ane be happy it's only costing you at least $38 :) |
