| So hey, i'm off to see AvB at the empire today, but i'm wondering what the dress code is there. Are sneakers allowed? i'm traveling with a friend from newcastle and if I get told i cant get in i wont be too happy ;) |

they will let in anyone who isnt wearing a tracksuit or a cap.
i used to wear cyber there and when i went without cyber i just when with normal trousers, t shirt and trainers. |

| I'm still undecided about whether to go. No-one I know is going and it's Chav Night at the union tonight haha. The union is shocking, but it's the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity I'll get to take the piss out of scallies. ;) |

When do they stop letting people in?? The union closes at 2, so if they're still letting peeps in after then I might come down.

back in the day (gets out walking stick) it was a tenner and then 15 on "special" (needs) nights like judge jules/pvd/fergie, basically any night which was a garaunteed sellout.
edit: i see it's armin tho so it'll probs be a tenner |

go for it mate, the empire is a decent night, i used to go there in my hayday, i only wish it was open til 4 back then so you could avoid all the boro knobheads at 2! |
