blah, blah, blah... its doesnt have to be about bpm speed and ups and downs, g&d primary skills lie in producing, not djing..ive seen them three times and all three times were UNINSPIRING at best, they cleared the space dance floor faster than a bomb threat at an airport...you have your opinion i have mine, get off your high horse..if you dont like it, ignore it, but your post is an over exxageration and overreaction to put it mildly:rolleyes: |

what do you mean...i meant by my post that u shouldnt think people can't get excited about anyone other than...high energy trance like you put it...and come on bro i am not on any high horse and didnt think this post was demeaning in any way...my point is that just because u dont think that they or sander or whatever other dj is exciting as tiesto or ferry or all that ups and downs ups and downs, doesnt mean that others arent just as excited to see them...like for instance i am sooooo excited to see sander this weekend, way more than i would ever be about tiesto but that is me...for u it would be the other way around and on thursday of wmc u are going to be super psyched about tiesto... that is cool but u must understand that whether u think the energy level is less than that of trance doesnt change how much someone else can be excited...i wasnt trying to blast u or anything i was just pointing out a truth...that some of us get just as excited for g&d, sander, holden, whoever as u can get for tiesto...i never said anything bad about tiesto or them besides that i am not really into that as much as the others...i mean i wouldnt not lie and say tiesto deosent bring energy cause he brings it hard but the amount of energy doesen't equate to a better or more exciting dj in my book...anyway i hope u understand this and dont think that i was trying to be condescending in any way...like we both agreed b4..we all love edm and we will always have subtle differences in the end no matter who is playing it will always be fun to hang out with others that enjoy and respect the scene whehter its trance or prog...:D :D |

bro, no offense, but you can be a spaz sometimes, im just sayin that my favorite form of edm is trance, but it is not EXCLUSIVELY trance.. you obviosuly dont read my post too carefully...just because i prefer sets ala tiesto, ferry, edgar v, shulz sometimes, doesnt mean i dont enjoy other djs as well, i just enjoy it on a DIFFERENT LEVEL(would i rather see tiesto on the terrace than sander, NO!!, do you get it?, and im very psyched about sander this weekend, i love the guy, is this getting thru?), becuase it is a DIFFERENT sound, which is GREAT, variety is the spice of life, and that is why i like edm so much..yes tiesto is my favorite and gets me the most exicited, does that make him the best dj in the world? to me maybe, to others no, everybody has their favorites, tastes, and preferences, and thats fine..and im not trying to convince everybody that tiesto is the best and no on else is close, i just think that there are some way OVERZEALOUS critisisms of him on this board, that are repetitve at best...for me the type of edm i like depends on the setting, pure n simple...but i like it all for the most part, dnb and most breaks excluded;) |

i totally understand...and i get adimant sometimes because the way u feel about tiesto is the way i feel about sander...but u r right variety is good...i just wanted to say that there is a reasaon to be excited about g&d but at this point that is niether here nor there...anyway spaz is an understatement for me sometimes i can get a few levels up from spaz:haha: :haha: ...at least we can both agree on the breax and dnb because i can take that for a minute... :toocool: |
